In 2026, Glenn Source enters its most ambitious chapter yet. Neil Anders Matthews, a longtime friend and collaborator, has taken the helm of operations to bridge that 27-year legacy with a global future. This partnership is built on a shared belief: that independent music thrives best when it’s treated with professional precision and personal care.
